Nordic Consulting GmbH is a one-person consultancy. I have over 25 years of hands-on experience in Finance and Controlling — across multi-entity organizations and in international settings.

I specialize in building and optimizing financial operations from the ground up: automating billing cycles, designing Plan-to-Actual reporting systems, developing cost allocation models that give leadership real-time visibility into operational costs. The focus is always on eliminating manual work and replacing it with reliable, auditable processes.

On the systems side I have worked with SAP R/3, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, Infor M3, JD Edwards, Odoo, DATEV, and PostgreSQL — across both implementation and ongoing optimization. I understand the financial and technical sides of these projects equally well, which means fewer gaps between what the business needs and what gets built.
